Founder Johnnie Price has over 20 combined years in the financial and mortgage industries. She has played a vital role in the financial and mortgage industries in the areas of management, underwriting, processing, loan origination, loan servicing and loss mitigation. Based on research and observance of the DFW geographic market she is aware of the need for assisting homeowners with saving their home. Here in Texas, the market is competitive when it comes to purchasing a home but on the other hand, when it comes to companies offering assistance in preventing and saving your home, the market and competition is very narrow. We at Zurcap will utilize all of our strong strategies to save a client's home.
